Emerging Romania 2007

I arrived in Bucharest a month ago to begin researching for Emerging Romania 2007, the largest economic publication on Romania. Our team will remain in the country for six months to pursue our research. Last year's publication, Emerging Romania 2006, was a great success.

In 2007, we plan to improve our coverage on Romania and focus more in-depth on the following sectors: macroeconomics, banking, capital markets, insurance, energy, transportation, industry, construction & real estate, retail, tourism, and IT & telecommunications. Also, with EU accession around the corner, we will provide a thorough examination of how European legislation will impact Romania's economy.
