Rainforest World Music Festival, Sarawak, Malaysia

Imagine a small village of preserved, wooden long houses, lakes and streams criss-crossed by stone footpaths and bamboo bridges, all surrounded by thick, lush plants and trees. White sand beaches where crowds gather for midnight drumming sessions, national parks, home to the largest flower in the world. Imagine thousands of people joined together for a common purpose, to celebrate music from around the world, to celebrate life, taking a break from the city to relax for a few days. Imagine the Rainforest World Music Festival.

The Enchanted Forest

Perched on their boyfriends' shoulders, Jo and Vic had the best view of the Polish band that mesmerized the crowd of 8,000 on Friday night.
